A small frontage belies an amazing interior and a warm welcome. This very comfortable hotel has been Kircudbright's best since the 18th century. The hotel is in a conservation area of an historic harbour town famous for its artists. The restaurant has been awarded two AA Rosettes for its fine food, using where possible the excellent fresh local produce especially fish.
