Owned by The Duke and Duchess of Roxburghe, The Roxburghe is a charming country house hotel with it's own championship golf course - The Roxburghe. Situated just outside the cobbled market town of Kelso and close to the Scottish Borders woollen mills, The Roxburghe offers you the perfect setting for a relaxing short break.

The hotel is home to many fine antiques and paintings, and log fires welcome you both in the public rooms and some of the bedrooms. The hotel restaurant uses where possible produce from Roxburghe Estates and it was awarded the '1997 Best Eating Place' in the Scottish Borders.

The Duchess of Roxburghe an interior designer in her own right has furnished the bedrooms (which includes suites and Four Poster rooms) with elegant drapes and fabrics. There are leisure facilities to suit everyone from a range of beauty and body treatments in the health and beauty clinic to golf on the Roxburghe golf course, or croquet and tennis to Clay Pigeon Shooting and trout fishing.
