Located on the outskirts of the village of Crianlarich, this lovely old house is now completely modernised to a very high standard. There are outstanding views from each of the six bedrooms of the surrounding hills and the adjacent river.

Each room has colour TV and a hospitality tray, every bed has an electric blanket and the house is centrally heated throughout.

The house site above the river Fillan in approximately three acres of ground, approached via a tree lined driveway. The river can be accessed from the garden, and contains brown trout and the occasional passing salmon.
